Handmade Website Design, Brighton, for http://www.ItalianandCharming.com

Handmade is a company providing Webdesign solutions for small to medium sized Companies.

Our most recent client has been Italian and Charming Ltd, a jewellery wholesaler based on the south coast and about to step up into offices in Hatton Garden. The brief was straight forwards enough. As a wholesaler with sole rights to distribute Zoppini products of Florence, Italy, the company needed a web profile. Working with a newtowrk of sales Agents and using Zoppini branding, imagery from a photoshoot with Maxim magazine, and products sold by Zoppini including fashion jewellery in silver and stainless steel, as well as watches, pens, cufflinks, and charms, in addition to the fashion jewellery produced by Zoppini, a simple, functional and descriptive site was required to increase presence in the market and engage new retailers to sell Zoppini products throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
Some of the imagery is a little outdated, in that a new set of images are in production for 2010 and we should have those shortly from Zoppini directly. Relevant contemporary imagery relates to the Concept Store in Dubai. Other imagery was produced by ourselves, through www.FivewaysPhotography in Brighton, Sussex after attending a sales meeting at the Companies HQ. The Company also has major networks in Arezzo, Italy, south of Florence, and I will be attending a tour in Tuscany with the Agents in early 2011 to produce imagery of the meetings with Zoppini next year and producing relevant and unique imagery in the lovely Town of Arezzo as well as the surrounding Tuscan countryside and hills.
We are retained by Italian and Charming; the company owner was particularly pleased with the manner and way in which we conveyed their professionalism, through photography and engaging the search engines as well as producing the written articles from 'bare bone' information given to us on both Italian and Charming Ltd and Zoppini.
We are delighted with our clients comments and look forward to working with the company on matters of SEO and Photography in the times ahead. Please see the site here. www.ItalianandCharming.com

There are an excellent way to get familiar with your cameras settings and understanding composure and lighting techniques with both film and digital slr's. And a great day out too!

www.WeddingVenuesWorld.com is now live and helping couples source the Venue of their hopes and dreams, and of course budgets. If you would like us to review your Wedding Venue so we can recommend it to couples making enquiries then please get in touch. Acting as an independent, third party recommendation service, we are seeking unusual and interesting Venues in particular, to join with us.

www.FivewaysPhotography.co.uk continues and headshots for actors, dancers, actresses, musicians and budding stars are always available at a very reasonable cost without compromising quality ever. We are also available for Commercial Photography and Editorial Photography in Sussex, Surrey, Kent, London and the south east, as well as Overseas such as France, Spain and Italy.

Lastly, three local sites relevant to communities in Brighton and Hove are now live; www.FivewaysOnline.com has grown very quickly and many local shops and businesses are now with us. www.KemptownOnline.net went live in the new year and is growing in challenging trading conditions and www.HoveOnline.com is also now live and seeks to distinguish Hove from Brighton and maintain its own identity which, some feel, it has lost since the City status was conferred and both towns were amalgamated into one Unitary Authority. Please take a olook.

Italian and Charming. Wholesalers in the UK for Zoppini Charms, Jewellery and accessories.

Two new sites have now gone live in recent days.........http://www.ItalianandCharming.com a Jewellery Wholesaler from Tuscany based in the UK and http://www.KemptownOnline.net a community and services site for the Kemptown and St James' area of Brighton and Hove, east of the Pavillion, here in East Sussex.

And for FivewaysOnline.com we have two new customers, so please welcome Talking Tots for childrens language development in Brighton, Hove and Lewes, as well as Mick from MB Roofing, who has so many positive comments and feedback from his customers he is clearly the Roofer to use in Brighton and Fiveways.

On www.WeddingPhotographyWorld.co.uk meanwhile, Elaine Borges-Ibanez of Reel Life Photography, a Destination Wedding Photographer based in Yorkshire, has joined the site for her fourth consequitive year; Elaine is our longest standing customer and a lovely woman with it, over the years I've grown to recognise her as a friend as much as a customer, and we completely endorse Elaines photography and could not recommend her more strongly. See Elaines work here http://www.reellifephotos.co.uk/ And we are likely to see Ivan Luckie providing coverage for Weddings in Mexico in the next few days too, but I'll save Ivans welcome for next time.

Photography Courses in Sussex.

Well, happy new year folks, 2009 keeps rearing its ugly head but here we are late Janury 2010 with all that the new decade promises. Somehwat overflowing with optimism here, lots going on, some sad, some very bad, and some unbelievable good fortune too, not to mention good health and the very best friends and family around me, so what's to grumble about? Absolutely nothing! Although a healthy dose of realism is always a good idea, I tend to remind myself from time to time that whilst men makes plans God laughs. :-)

On the photography front, sands are already shifting, but I hope to be running courses in the south of France with Deyan Photography of Australia some time in June, and a first visit to Egypt is also planned for the long overdue Suez project; there's a chance to visit Marakesh and I am planning, with some trepidation (hence the God laughs comment above) to go up Killi before it loses it's snowy peeks completely; but that's October and this is January, with winter and Xmas padding still evident some serious training has to occurr between now and then.

I have been working on various websites, producing images for Elwood Wines in Brighton (see www.ElwoodWines.co.uk) and also working on a new Jewellery website. Currently planned are the new local sites for Brighton KemptownOnline and SevenDialsOnline so keep a lookout since the FivewaysOnline.com site has been such a success.

Last month a number of photographers joined us at www.WeddingPhotographyWorld.co.uk including I am delighted to say Jeremy Standley; Jeremy is without doubt one of the very finest Destination Wedding Photographers in the world today, hugely respected by his peers and those elsewhere in the industry too.

Lastly, on the photography courses front I am looking to extend geographically from Sussex to London as well with the potential to go into any area in the UK and deliver day courses, so long as sufficient numbers make it worthwhile. I was approached by two people from Newcaslte asking me to run one on the Northumberland coast and have asked them to come back when there are at least 8 of them. So, similarly, if you would like me to run a course elsewhere do get in touch; I am now setting dates for the Sussex courses; snow and ice shut one course this month already, so next dates are likely to be in February and March. Do get in touch if interested, the courses are extremely good fun and very inspiring. See more here http://www.weddingphotographyworld.co.uk/#/courses/4524725348

Photography Course Vouchers for Christmas

Our unique One Day photography courses with a profesesional photographer are doing well and proving to be a hit again this Christmas. If you are lost for a gift, these make the perfect gift for budding and long term hobbyists and those with an interest in developing their skills further.

We have been running these courses for the past two years very succesfully, taking in the unique South Downs and Brighton seafront, with the added bonus of a pub lunch up on the Downs. It's a unique day, where skills are learned in a supportive, non-competitive environment in which those attending leave with an excellent range of new skills, confidence and above all the inspiration required to spend more time with their camera creating the images they believe in.

See the site here for booking details at excellent value; I'm not sure how much longer we can keep our prices down at this level. www.WeddingPhotographyWorld.co.uk/courses.

Two more excellent Wedding Photographers in France have recently joined with us, Nicolas Gornas and Johan Majerus and I would like to welcome both to Wedding Photography World. In addition Barbara Fryer, based in Devon as a Wedding Photographer, has also recently joined us. I would like to welcome all three as we look to economic recovery in 2010. The Christmas booking season is about to commence so these photographers are very well placed to benefit from our google position that has been achieved through several years very hard work. It never ceases to amaze me just how many high quality wedding photographers across the globe we now have with us.

I will also be covering a number of local events this Christmas in Brighton including a wine tasting event in the Fiveways area of Brighton and corporate events in hotels near the seafront, as well as two or three in London. I am also booked for several family portraits; it is lovely to see families returning to this tradition; I wonder what future generations will make of the period when family portraits just didn't happen. What a sad loss in those families histories. Still, as a genre it is on the rise again so not all is lost. For the first time in a long time I am enjoying my photography again, I think every professional goes through this at some stage, interests wain, business detracts from the creative side and creative flows ebb like the tide; well the tides in and I am at my most creative for years so fill your boots! :-)
